This Privacy Policy applies to the website beach-volleyball.dk and the web application available at:

https://beach-volleyball.dk/app/athlete-monitoring/

3. Data processed

Depending on use of the App, the following data may be processed:

  • Account data (user ID, role, login credentials)
  • Wellness inputs (self-reported readiness such as sleep quality or recovery)
  • Training session data (date, duration, perceived exertion)
  • Technical data (IP address in server logs, device/browser type)

No medical diagnoses or clinical data are intended to be processed.

4. Purpose of processing

Data are processed solely for:

  • providing access to the App,
  • documenting training and readiness,
  • supporting reflection and training decisions,
  • ensuring technical operation and security.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

  • performance of a service relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and
  • legitimate interests in operating a secure training tool (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers (e.g. hosting provider).
No data are sold or used for advertising or tracking.

7. Retention

Data are stored only while you are an invited participant in the training group and will be deleted after your participation ends, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

8. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.

9. Your rights

You have the right to request:

  • access to your data,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • deletion of your data,
  • restriction or objection to processing.

10. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies for login sessions and security are used.
No analytics or marketing cookies are used.
